Me. Rev. Stat. tit. 32, § 7384

Applicant with out-of-state license

PL 2013, c. 316, §3 (NEW)

The commissioner may grant a license to an applicant who holds a valid license from another state that has license requirements substantially equivalent to or more stringent than those of this State.
