Certain work prohibited

Known as the Unit Ownership Act

The act spans §§ 560 to 589-C (34 sections).

No unit owner shall do any work which may jeopardize the soundness or safety of the property, reduce the value thereof or impair any easement, right, appurtenance or other hereditament constituting a common area and facility without the unanimous consent of all the other unit owners.
