Loring Job Increment Financing Fund

Known as the Loring Job Increment Financing Program Act

RR 1995, c. 2, §11 (RAL)

1. Short title. This article may be known and cited as the Loring Job Increment Financing Program Act.

2. Establishment of fund. The Loring Job Increment Financing Fund is established in accordance with this article. Revisor's Note: §13080-O. Tourism (As enacted by PL 1995, c. 560, Pt. B, §11 is REALLOCATED TO TITLE 5, SECTION 13090-C)
