Prosecution of intruders

RR 2023, c. 2, Pt

The Attorney General may, if in the Attorney General's judgment the public interest so requires, prosecute by indictment or complaint any person who intrudes on the land, rights or property of the State, or commits or erects a nuisance thereon.
