Programs and components; rules

Known as the Maine Substance Use Disorder Prevention, Treatment and Recovery Act

The act spans §§ 20001–20078 (57 sections).

PL 1999, c. 448, §6 (NEW)

The department shall design programs and components that are age-appropriate and therapeutically appropriate. The department shall adopt rules regarding requirements for these programs and components and any other rules necessary to implement this subchapter. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules as defined in chapter 375, subchapter 2‑A.
