1. Major policy-influencing positions.

1-A. Major policy-influencing positions. The following positions are major policy-influencing positions within the Department of Environmental Protection. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, these positions and their successor positions are subject to this chapter:

A. Deputy Commissioner;

B.

C. Director, Policy Development and Implementation;

D. Director, Education and Outreach;

E. Director, Innovation and Assistance;

F. Director, Bureau of Air Quality Control;

G. Director, Bureau of Remediation and Waste Management;

H. Director, Bureau of Water Quality; and

I. Director, Bureau of Land Resources.
