Federal funds loans or sales

PL 1975, c. 500, §1 (NEW)

A credit union may lend or sell to any member bank of the Federal Reserve System, or to any bank, savings bank or savings and loan association whose deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
