Mich. Comp. Laws § 123.1172

Sec. 12. If a majority of electors in the county voting on the question of a tax as provided in section 13 approve the tax, the contract for zoological services between the authority and an accredited zoological institution shall include preferences or benefits for the residents of the county that may include, but are not limited to, any of the following: (a) Discounted admission fees. (b) Discounted membership fees. (c) Discounts for schoolchildren. (d) Access to educational programs.
