Convenience stations; despoiling, penalty

Sec. 2. Any person destroying, mutilating, injuring, despoiling or abusing the property of any part thereof included within a public convenience station as provided for in this act, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than 50 dollars, or imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than 60 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
