Intercounty study committee; gifts and grants from governmental units and from private sources; approval

1957, Act 217, Imd

Sec. 5. The supervisors' intercounty committee may apply for and accept gifts, contributions and grants from the federal government, state government and local governments, also from private individuals, foundations or agencies, if the grants are made for furtherance of the objectives for which the committee is established. Any application shall be approved by the member county boards of supervisors.
