Sec. 29f. (1) A person who is not an agent or employee of the office, commissioner, or council shall not represent that the person is an employee or agent of the office, commissioner, or council without the express authorization of the commissioner. (2) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and may be imprisoned for not more than 93 days and shall be fined not more than $5,000.00.
