Department of commerce; annual report

Sec. 241. Annually, the department of commerce shall make a report to the governor and to the legislature covering the operation of the department for the fiscal year ending June 30. The report shall contain a summary of the department's activities during the fiscal year, a statement of all revenues and expenditures made by or in behalf of the department, such other information as it may deem necessary or useful and any additional information which may be requested by the governor. The report of the department of commerce shall include reports required by law of all bureaus, agencies and commissions within the department.
