Sec. 17. As used in this act: (a) "Metropolitan district" means a district incorporated under the metropolitan district act, 1929 PA 312, MCL 119.1 to 119.18. (b) "Metropolitan district election coordinator" means the county clerk of the county in which the largest number of registered electors of the metropolitan district reside.
