Sec. 509ee. Not later than 90 days after the request of the secretary of state, a designated voter registration agency shall transmit to the secretary of state a report including all of the following: (a) Information requested by the secretary of state necessary to administer the provisions of sections 509m to 509gg and the national voter registration act of 1993. (b) Any other information considered necessary by the secretary of state.
