Legislative and judicial access to state financial management system

Sec. 421a. (1) The legislative and judicial branches of government shall have uninterrupted access to all capabilities of the state financial management system. (2) A person who deliberately interrupts access violates this section and is subject to a civil penalty of $1,000.00 per day for each separate violation of this section.
