Mich. Comp. Laws § 205.222

Sec. 22. Not later than January 1, 1996, the state treasurer shall submit a report to the committees of the house and senate having jurisdiction over matters of taxation that contains the following: (a) The cost of the exemptions and reductions provided for in sections 2(6) and 2d(7). (b) A summary and review of policy and procedures concerning the taxation of the exercise of or failure to exercise limited powers of appointment.
