Adoption of bylaws by commission

Sec. 8. The commission by an affirmative vote of a majority of its members may adopt bylaws pertaining to the following: (a) Any aspect of the commission's organization and internal management not otherwise prescribed by law. (b) The administration of oaths. (c) The posting of bond by the director or a subordinate in the amount the commission determines to be reasonable and proper, the premium to be paid from the state transportation fund.
