Sec. 179. (1) A person shall not hunt, pursue, or kill any wild waterfowl or other birds or animals by any means whatever during the time the person is upon any kind of aircraft. (2) A person who violates this section is subject to a state civil infraction as provided for in section 176, and is prohibited from obtaining or possessing a hunting license for a period of 1 year.
