Model rockets; location of launch site, standards

Sec. 5. A model rocket may be launched, operated and flown only in a location, not otherwise restricted by law, which shall comply with the following minimum standards: (a) A ground area shall be used containing at least 5,000 square yards and having a general rectangular shape with no side less than 50 yards in length. (b) Flight areas shall be located in places that will not create a hazard to persons and property in the vicinity of the area. (c) Flight areas shall not contain or be located adjacent to a high voltage power line, major highway, multi-story building or other obstacle.
