Mich. Comp. Laws § 28.193

Sec. 3. (1) The department shall file a written report not later than April 1 of each year with the secretary of the senate and the clerk of the house of representatives using the information obtained under section 2 identifying trends in methamphetamine manufacture, use, and distribution in this state and making recommendations to the legislature regarding possible solutions to those problems. (2) The department shall make a copy of the report filed under subsection (1) available to the public on the department's website.
