Performance audits of criminal and juvenile history record information; report

Add. 1986, Act 231, Eff

Sec. 5a. (1) The commanding officer may perform random performance audits of the criminal and juvenile history record information required under this act. (2) If the commanding officer finds during a performance audit that criminal or juvenile history record information is not being supplied as required under this act, the commanding officer shall report this fact to the attorney general.
