Action by director or department; defenses

Sec. 19. (1) This act does not limit the authority of the director or department to take action against a licensee under the grain dealers act for a violation of the grain dealers act or the rules of the department. (2) It is not a defense to an action by the director or department against a licensee under the grain dealers act for a violation of that act that the grain dealer has fulfilled its obligations under this act.
