Sec. 19. (1) A grain dealer shall post at each facility a notice that states that the grain dealer reserves the right to terminate storage, processing, shipping, and handling arrangements and collect outstanding charges if the grain dealer's license is suspended or revoked. (2) A licensee receiving farm produce for deposit shall weigh and inspect the farm produce.
