Sec. 16. (1) An applicant for a grower registration or processor-handler license, or a registered grower or licensed processor-handler, under this act is subject to the following fees, as applicable: (a) A grower registration fee of $100.00. (b) A processor-handler license application fee of $1,350.00. (c) A site modification fee of $50.00 for each alteration to a site listed in a grower registration after the registration has been issued. (2) All fees under this act shall be paid with a check or money order payable to the department within 15 days of invoice. (3) A fee required under this section is nonrefundable.
