Sec. 115. (1) A person purchasing milk for resale or manufacture into another product shall pay the producer in a manner and on dates as mutually agreed to by the producers, the dairy plant, and the department. The department shall revoke or deny a license issued under this act for a violation of this subsection. (2) A dairy plant that produces manufactured dairy products shall not issue a check to the producer unless the name of the person issuing the check is noted on the check.
