Sec. 1. As used in this act: (a) "Firefighter" means that term as defined in section 2 of the firefighters training council act, 1966 PA 291, MCL 29.362. (b) "Firefighter training" means that term as defined in section 2 of the firefighters training council act, 1966 PA 291, MCL 29.362. (c) "Organized fire department" means that term as defined in section 2 of the firefighters training council act, 1966 PA 291, MCL 29.362.
