Fire fighting and rescue training facilities

Sec. 1. A county, city, village or township may expend money from its general fund for the establishment, support, maintenance and conducting of local or area schools or regional training facilities for instruction and training of fire fighters of this state in fire fighting and rescue techniques. A school or training facility may be operated on a cooperative basis with any other county, city, village or township.
