Unattended terminal at which tank filled by pipeline; high level alarm system

Sec. 5l. In addition to the requirements specified in section 5j, each unattended terminal at which a tank filled by pipeline is located shall comply with the following requirements: (a) The high level alarm system shall be capable of systematically shutting off or diverting the flow of the flammable liquid at the point of origin or at the point of receipt. (b) The high level alarm system shall be capable of systematically shutting off or diverting the flow of the flammable liquid, in the event of a power failure at the point of origin or at the point of receipt.
