Feigning illness, physical disablement, mental lapse, or derangement, or intentionally inflicting self-injury to avoid work, duty, or service; punishment

Sec. 115. A person subject to this code who for the purpose of avoiding work, duty, or service feins illness, physical disablement, mental lapse, or derangement, or intentionally inflicts self-injury, shall be punished as a court-martial directs.
