Furnishing alcoholic liquor to minor; punishment; "alcoholic liquor" and "minor" defined

Sec. 134c. (1) An individual subject to this code who sells or furnishes alcoholic liquor to a minor must be punished as a court-martial directs. (2) As used in this section: (a) "Alcoholic liquor" means that term as defined in section 105 of the Michigan liquor control code of 1998, 1998 PA 58, MCL 436.1105. (b) "Minor" means an individual less than 21 years of age.
