Holding room requirements

Sec. 1863. A refrigeration facility must have a holding room that meets all of the following: (a) Is not accessible by the general public. (b) Maintains a temperature between 36 degrees Fahrenheit and 39 degrees Fahrenheit. (c) Complies with all other applicable public health and safety laws.
