Mich. Comp. Laws § 35.225

Sec. 5. Such corporation when duly formed shall have power to institute and charter corps auxiliary to the Grand Army of the Republic within this state, and from time to time issue such orders for the government of corps as are not repugnant to the rules and regulations of the national convention of the Woman's Relief Corps of the United States.
