Mich. Comp. Laws § 390.1186

Sec. 6. Recipients of scholarship assistance under this act shall continue to receive scholarship payments only during periods that the authority finds that the recipient is both of the following: (a) Enrolled as a full-time or part-time student in a nursing program. (b) Maintaining satisfactory progress as determined by the eligible institution.
