Sec. 2. As used in this act: (a) "Board" means the board of trustees of the library created in section 4. (b) "Department" means the department of history, arts, and libraries. (c) "Library" means the library of Michigan. (d) "Rule" means a rule promulgated pursuant to the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.
