Mich. Comp. Laws § 4.791

Sec. 1. As used in this act: (a) "Council" means the legislative council established under section 15 of article IV of the state constitution of 1963. (b) "Liaison" means the tribal legislative liaison. (c) "Office" means the office of tribal legislative liaison created under this act.
