citing decisions per year

Court decisions citing this, by year. The dip in the last several years is a data-coverage gap, not a real trend — our corpus holds fewer opinions from the most recent years, so recent citations are undercounted.

Sec. 25. A party aggrieved by the decision of the director following a contested case hearing under section 22 may seek judicial review in accordance with chapter 6 of the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.301 to 24.306.
