Mich. Comp. Laws § 400.730

Sec. 30. The attorney general, on behalf of the department, may seek an injunction against an adult foster care facility in either of the following cases: (a) The facility is being operated without a license in violation of section 13. (b) A licensee violates this act or a rule promulgated under this act and the violation may result in serious harm to the residents under care.
