Department attorney as representative of departments, board, and commissions in litigation; board not considered party in judicial review proceeding

Sec. 52. (1) The department attorney shall represent the department of labor, the department of public health, and the board and commissions established under this act in any litigation under this act. (2) The board shall not be considered to be a party in a judicial review proceeding brought pursuant to this act.
