Laws § 421.94— Transfer of powers, duties, and functions of the Michigan employment security agency to perform unemployment insurance program functions to the department of consumer and industry services by type I transfer; transferred entity to be known as unemployment agency of the department of consumer and industry services and to be autonomous entity; transfer of director of employment security to the department of consumer and industry services
