Sec. 1. As used in this act: (a) "Department" means the state department of labor. (b) "Employer" means an individual, partnership, corporation, or other association, or a city, village, township, or county that employs 2 or more persons. (c) "State" means this state or an agency, department, division, bureau, board, commission, council, authority, or other body of this state.
