Mich. Comp. Laws § 432.32a

Notification of name and identification information to department of human services

Known as the McCauley-Traxler-Law

Add. 2012, Act 77, Imd

Sec. 32a. Within 7 days after paying a prize of $1,000.00 or more, the bureau shall notify the department of human services of the name of and other available identifying information regarding the winner of the prize and the amount of the prize.
