Sec. 1019. (1) Alcoholic liquor may be served by any hotel licensed individually under this act in the room of a bona fide guest. (2) A person shall not consume or offer for consumption spirits or mixed spirit drink in any place licensed under this act to sell beer or wine and not licensed to sell spirits or mixed spirit drink.
