Mich. Comp. Laws § 445.22

Sec. 12. The executive director annually shall report to the governor and the legislature on the effectiveness of the office in assisting applicants in obtaining permits, including the number of master applications the office had processed during the year and the number of applicants whose necessary permit applications all were approved.
