Foreign corporation conducting affairs without certificate of authority; duties, restrictions, penalties, and liabilities

Sec. 1003. A foreign corporation which conducts affairs in this state without a certificate of authority under this act is subject to the same duties, restrictions, penalties, and liabilities now or hereafter imposed upon a foreign corporation which receives such certificate of authority, in addition to any other penalty or liability imposed by law.
