Subordinate temple; incorporators; articles, execution, contents

Sec. 4. Any 5 or more members of any subordinate temple of said order, residing in this state, desiring to be incorporated, shall make, execute and acknowledge, in manner and form as prescribed in section 2 of this act, articles of association, which shall set forth: First, The names of the persons associating in the first instance, and their place of residence; Second, The corporate name of the association, which shall be such as shall have been designated in its charter, and the place where its business office is located; and Third, The object and purpose of the association, which shall be for social and moral purposes, and to promote the general welfare of the order known as the Mystic Order of the New Kaaba, and the period of its incorporation, which shall not exceed 30 years.
