Sec. 213. (1) Subject to section 201 and limited to its specific authority over a service as provided under this act, the commission may promulgate rules under the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328. (2) A proceeding before the commission to promulgate rules under this act shall be concluded within 180 days from the date that the proceeding is initiated. (3) The following administrative rules are rescinded: (a) Privacy standards for telecommunication services, R 484.201 to R 484.208 of the Michigan administrative code. (b) Billing standards for basic residential telecommunication service, R 484.301 to R 484.386 of the Michigan administrative code. (c) Telecommunications service quality, R 484.519 to R 484.571 of the Michigan administrative code.
