Sec. 50. (1) A licensee who is ordered to cease and desist, whose license is suspended or terminated, or who is ordered to pay a fine under this act is entitled to a hearing before the commissioner if a written request for a hearing is filed with the commissioner not more than 30 days after the effective date of the order. (2) Any administrative proceedings under this act are subject to the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.
