Mich. Comp. Laws § 500.2039

Finality of order

Sec. 2039. An order issued by the commissioner pursuant to this chapter shall become final: (a) Upon the expiration of the time allowed for filing a petition for review if a petition has not been duly filed within that time, except that the commissioner may thereafter modify or set aside his order to the extent provided in section 2038(2). (b) Upon the final decision of the court if the court directs that the order of the commissioner be affirmed or the petition for review dismissed.
