Sec. 2228. (1) No policy of insurance against fire, theft, property damage, collision, and/or liability in connection with automobile coverage shall be issued, unless the premium and amount of coverage is stated in the policy. (2) For other provisions required in such policies, see chapter 30 of this code (casualty insurance contracts).
