Insurance commissioner; annual report to governor, contents, publication

Sec. 238. (1) The commissioner shall compile a report of the conduct of his office annually at such time each year as the information to be contained therein is available, which report shall be printed for public information and use in such number as the commissioner may deem advisable, not to exceed 1,500 copies. Such report shall be addressed to the governor and be for his information primarily. (2) The commissioner shall publish in such annual report information contained in the annual statements of insurers filed with him pursuant to this code.
